16 November 2009:
New double CD of Steve and Mal Sedergreen's Mistaken Identity live recordings from December 1998 to June 2009 coming out on New Market Music mid-December 2009. The CD will feature two ensembles recorded live at Bennett's Lane (December 1998), Armstrong Studios (December 2008) and the Paris Cat (June 2009). It will be part of a series of CDs that will document the history of the band over the past 20 years. Pick up a copy at any Mistaken Identity gig, your specialist music store or New Market Music.

30 June 2009:
The gallery has been updated with some photo from Steve's student gig at Baraka on Clarendon earlier this month. This monthly gig is on the first Tuesday of every month (except for July 2009) - come along to see what lessons with Steve are all about.

11 December 2008:
In 2009, Steve will host a monthly gig giving his students an opportunity to perform and gain on-the-job experience. The gigs will be on the 1st Tuesday of every month at Baraka on Clarendon (231 Clarendon St, South Melbourne, www.barakaonclarendon.com.au). To promote this, Steve will be doing a gig there with a trio on Tuesday 20 January 2009. The cost is $10; bookings are essential - please contact Baraka on Clarendon on 9686 5302.
